We have about 40 active members ranging in age from 12 on up. Some members are interested in metal detecting for coins or relics while others are interested in finding old bottles or arrow heads. If you are new to metal detecting (relic hunting, coin shooting, treasure hunting, pit digging, hut digging, etc.), you will find that members are helpful & willing to show "newbies" the ropes. If you are an experienced detectorist, we welcome your knowledge and look forward to your input. Or, if you're just curious as to what this "dirt diggin" stuff is all about, feel free to join us! Everyone brings in their finds from the previous month for show & tell. We vote on the best finds & award prizes. It's lots of fun & very educational.
